White-fronted Goose (Anser albifrons)

Medium gray goose with orange legs and pink beak. Adult birds recognizable by white forehead and black belly bands. Occurrence in the Arctic tundra, in snow winter escape, because the diet consists of grasses. Between October and April to find on North Sea coasts, in the Lower Rhine and the Lake Neusiedel (Neusiedler See).
