Chiloe Wigeon (Anas sibilatrix)

The Chiloe Wigeon belongs to the family Anatidae and is at home in the southern South America. Chiloe Wigeons have green shiny sides of the head, the back plumage is gray streaked with white. In Europe, most Chiloe Wigeons have been successfully bred in zoos, but today they are very widespread ornamental poultry because of their attractive Plumage coloration.
