Fieldfare (Turdus pilaris)

About 25 cm thrush with a light gray head, light bottom and auburn back. Breeds mainly along forest edges in Central Europe, in winter increasingly guests from Eastern Europe are with us. Fieldfare like to consume the remaining branches of berries. Often go in smaller troops, also attack raptors and crows together.
