We finally had managed to get two tickets and participated in the workshop "Cranes rest at the Pomeranian Bodden coast". Heads of the three-day excursion were Carsten Linde and Marco Hoffmann, whom we would also like to thank at this point, it has been really a successful event.
"Only the early bird catches the worm" - this was our motto. Morning at 6 clock it went off to watch the departure of the sleeping areas or the arrival on the feeding grounds and take pictures.
A special highlight surely for all participants has been the evening arrival of several thousand cranes on the roost "Great Werder", we observed aboard the M/V Schaprode.
Sun, clouds, fog, light rain, the weather program was quite varied and this also document our photos below.
